refund policy

• You can refund the remaining amount of the package starting from the beginning of the next month.
• In case of domain registration, the amount is non-refundable. The ownership of the domain will be transferred to the buyer and it can be transferred upon request.
• For example, if you made a payment for 12 months on 01/01/2022 and requested a refund on 03/02/2022, you will receive a refund for the remaining period from month 3 to 12, which is 9 months.
