Manage customer wishlists and saved products. View which products customers are interested in and track wishlist activity for sales insights.

The Wishlists section allows you to:

  • View customer wishlists and saved products
  • Track popular products added to wishlists
  • Analyze customer interests for marketing insights
  • Monitor wishlist activity across users
  • Export wishlist data for reports

Understanding Wishlists

Wishlist Components

  • User: Customer who saved the product
  • Product: Item added to wishlist
  • Variation: Specific product variation (if applicable)
  • Date Added: When the product was saved
  • Status: Active wishlist entry

Customer Wishlist Experience

Adding to Wishlist

Customers can add products to their wishlist by:

  1. Clicking the heart icon on product cards
  2. Using the Add to Wishlist button on product detail pages
  3. Toggling the wishlist button (adds or removes)

Viewing Wishlist

Customers access their wishlist from:

  1. The wishlist icon in the header (shows count)
  2. The /wishlist page route
  3. Their account dashboard

Managing Wishlist Items

Customers can:

  • Remove items from their wishlist
  • Add to cart directly from wishlist
  • Clear entire wishlist with one action
  • View product details by clicking items

Admin Management

Viewing Wishlists

The admin list shows:

  • Customer name and email
  • Product name and image
  • Variation details (if applicable)
  • Date added to wishlist

Filtering Wishlists

Filter wishlists by:

  • User: Search by customer name or email
  • Product: Search by product name
  • Date Range: Filter by when items were added

Exporting Data

  1. Apply desired filters
  2. Click Export button
  3. Download as CSV or Excel
  4. Use for marketing campaigns

Q: What happens when a wishlisted product is deleted? A: The wishlist entry remains but shows the product is no longer available.
