Breaking window theory is a crime science theory to establish rules and point to the impact of chaos and sabotage on urban areas of crime and behaviour.

In order to avoid the morality of the supernatural, 88% of the world ' s business is likely to be destroyed. Therefore, those in leadership positions must clearly support these standards and achieve performance goals, as well as encourage anyone to speak if they experience bad behaviour.

  • Clear policies.
  • Development of a training programme designed to instil these values. A high-level officer with experience and competence must be appointed to oversee compliance with these policies.
  • Internal investigators have to investigate too. Internal controls are essential in this process and must be strong in order to prevent and detect any behaviour that is inconsistent with the policies of the company. There must be policies in place to protect whistle-blowers.
  • There must be guidance to staff to obtain guidance on the conduct they're not sure of.
  • Those who do not abide by corporate moral standards must be reprimanded and punished.
  • Those who comply and abide by corporate ethical standards must be encouraged and rewarded.

In the end, the company will harvest what it grows if they do not make an effort to discourage bad moral behaviour from the beginning, they may need to do more to clean up the chaos and its future effects.
