Shipping Without the Copy and Paste
Your store is connected to Fincart. When an order is ready to go out, you send it to Fincart from the same screen where you manage everything else, and Fincart takes it from there.
No second dashboard to keep open. No retyping a customer's name, phone number and address into another system. No wondering where a parcel got to.
What Fincart Is
Fincart is an Egyptian shipping platform founded in 2023 by Mostafa Masry and Nihal Ali. Rather than running its own delivery fleet, it connects merchants to more than 40 courier companies and picks the right one for each shipment.
In July 2026 Fincart raised a $2.8 million seed round, co-led by Launch Africa and Antler MENAP, to grow across the Middle East and Africa. It already serves over 450 merchants and has handled close to EGP 1 billion worth of orders.
For you that means one connection instead of a separate arrangement with every courier, and a delivery partner that keeps expanding into new areas.
What You Can Do
Send Orders With One Click
Open an order, choose Fincart, and the shipment is created. The customer's details and address go across automatically from the order you already have.
You can also select a batch of orders and send them all at once at the end of the day, instead of handling them one by one.
Collect Cash on Delivery
Cash on delivery is still how most customers in Egypt prefer to pay, and it is fully supported.
If an order has not been paid for online, your store tells Fincart exactly how much to collect from the customer at the door. If the customer already paid on your website, nothing is collected. You never have to work out the amount yourself or worry about the courier asking for the wrong figure.
Print Labels and Pickup Sheets
Print the shipping label for any order straight from your orders screen, in the size that suits your printer: standard A5 paper, A6, or a thermal label printer.
When the courier arrives for a pickup, print one handover sheet covering all the parcels going out that day and have it signed. No counting parcels against a screen.
Follow Every Shipment Automatically
This is the part that saves the most time.
As soon as Fincart or the courier updates a shipment, your store finds out. An order moves to "In Delivery" when it is picked up, and to "Delivered" when it reaches the customer. If a delivery fails or the parcel comes back, the order reflects that too.
You do not refresh anything or check a second website. Open your orders list and it is already correct.
See the Full Delivery History
Every update Fincart sends is kept on the order: picked up, at the courier hub, out for delivery, delivered.
If an attempt does not succeed, the reason is recorded with it, whether the customer did not answer, asked to reschedule, or the address was outside the covered zone. When a customer calls to ask what happened to their order, the answer is on the screen in front of you.
Choose Standard or Same Day
Pick the service that fits how you sell. Standard delivery for everyday orders, or same-day delivery when your customers expect their order today.
Cancel a Shipment You No Longer Need
If a customer changes their mind before the parcel is collected, cancel the shipment from your store. The order stays with you, and you can send it again later or with a different delivery method.
Addresses Are Matched for You
Fincart delivers by governorate and area. Your store matches what your customer typed at checkout to the right place on Fincart's map, in Arabic or English, so your customers keep filling in the address the way that feels natural to them.
If an address is unusual and cannot be matched, you can set a default area so the order still goes out rather than getting stuck.
Getting Started
- Create an account on Fincart and get your access token from your account page.
- In your store, add a new delivery method and choose Fincart.
- Paste the token, pick the pickup location the courier collects from, and save.
- Copy the link your store shows you and add it to your Fincart account so status updates come back automatically.
You can send a test order right away to check everything is connected.
Delivery Charges
You decide what your customers pay for delivery. Set your own shipping prices by area in your store, exactly as you do today, and keep charging free shipping above a certain order value if that is how you sell.
What Fincart charges you for the delivery itself is agreed separately with Fincart and settled on your invoice with them.
Who It Suits
Fincart is a good fit if you sell in Egypt and:
- You ship a steady flow of orders and are tired of entering them twice
- Most of your customers pay cash on delivery
- You want customers to be able to track their order
- You would rather have one delivery partner than a separate account with several couriers
If you sell in other countries, your store also supports other delivery companies, and you can run more than one delivery method side by side.
