Delivery Across Algeria, Without the Double Entry
Your store is connected to NOEST. When an order is ready to go out, you send it to NOEST from the same screen where you manage everything else, and the parcel is on the collection list.
No second dashboard to keep open. No retyping a customer's name, phone number and wilaya into another system. No confirming the same order twice.
What NOEST Is
NOEST Express, full name Nord et Ouest Express, is an Algerian delivery company founded in 2018. It delivers nationwide across the wilayas, for businesses and individuals alike.
Customers can have their order brought to their door, or collect it themselves from one of around 105 stop desk points spread across the country. NOEST picks parcels up from you, collects cash from the customer on delivery, and also offers storage for sellers who would rather not keep stock at home. Its pickup point network has grown further through its partnership with Jumia Algeria.
For an Algerian online seller that combination matters: home delivery where the customer wants it, a nearby desk where they do not, and cash on delivery, which is still how most orders in Algeria are paid for.
What You Can Do
Charge the Rates You Actually Agreed
Every NOEST partner has their own price grid, negotiated with NOEST. Your store reads yours and shows the right home delivery price for the customer's wilaya at checkout.
You are not maintaining a second copy of that grid by hand, and it does not drift out of date when NOEST updates your rates. If you sell in more than one currency, the price is converted into the currency the customer is shopping in.
Send Orders With One Click
Open an order, choose NOEST, and the delivery is created and confirmed in the same step, ready for collection. The customer's details and address go across automatically from the order you already have.
You can also select a batch of orders and send them all at once at the end of the day.
Collect Cash on Delivery
Cash on delivery is how most customers in Algeria pay, and it is fully supported.
Your store tells NOEST exactly how much to collect from the customer at the door, converted into dinars. If the customer already paid on your website, nothing is collected. You never have to work out the amount yourself.
Print the Label
Print the NOEST label for any order straight from your orders screen, ready to stick on the parcel before it is collected.
Delivery, Exchange or Pick-up
Send a normal delivery, an exchange when you are replacing something the customer already received, or a pick-up. Set the type you use most as your default and change it on the orders that need it.
Let Customers Open the Package
If it suits how you sell, you can allow customers to open and inspect the package before they pay the courier. Turn it on once and it applies to the orders you send.
Wilayas Are Matched for You
NOEST delivers by wilaya. Your store matches what your customer chose at checkout to the right wilaya on NOEST's list, whether the name was written in Arabic, French or English, so your customers keep filling in their address the way that feels natural to them.
Getting Started
- Open a partner account with NOEST and ask them for your delivery access details.
- In your store, add a new delivery method and choose NOEST.
- Enter the details NOEST gave you, add your shop name as it should appear on the parcel, and save.
- Place a trial order to check the price shown at checkout matches your agreed grid.
You can also set a default parcel weight so quotes stay accurate for the products you usually ship.
Delivery Charges
The price your customer pays comes from the grid you agreed with NOEST, so what you charge and what you are billed stay in step.
What NOEST charges you for the delivery itself is settled directly with them on your partner account.
Who It Suits
NOEST is a good fit if you sell in Algeria and:
- You ship a steady flow of orders and are tired of entering them twice
- Most of your customers pay cash on delivery
- You deliver to customers across many wilayas at different prices
- You would rather charge your real delivery cost than guess a flat rate
If you sell in other countries, your store also supports other delivery companies, and you can run more than one delivery method side by side.
