Quiqup is a UAE courier built for online stores: same-day, next-day and 4-hour delivery. With the Quiqup integration, you book a delivery from the order itself, and the customer's details and address go across on their own.
What You Can Do
Book a Delivery From the Order
Open an order and send it to Quiqup. Trinavo creates the shipment with your pickup address and the customer's delivery address, and releases it for collection right away, unless you prefer to pack first and release it yourself in Quiqup.
Pick the Service That Fits
Same day, next day or within 4 hours, as enabled on your Quiqup account.
Collect Cash on Delivery
Cash on delivery is collected in UAE dirham. If your store sells in another currency, Trinavo converts the amount with your store's AED exchange rate, and refuses rather than guesses when there is no rate.
Print Labels
Print the shipping label for one order, or the labels of several orders in one file.
Follow Every Shipment Automatically
Quiqup's signed status updates move your orders along as the parcel is collected and delivered. Trinavo also checks every fifteen minutes, so status keeps flowing even before the webhook is set up.
Cancel a Shipment
Cancel a shipment from Trinavo while Quiqup has not collected it yet.
Delivery Charges
Quiqup does not publish delivery prices through its API, so you charge your customers with your own delivery zone rates in Trinavo, as you agree them with Quiqup.
Getting Started
- Open a Quiqup business account: Quiqup asks for a commercial agreement before live deliveries, and switches each service on for your account.
- Create an API key in Quiqdash under Organization, then API keys. Quiqup has a test (staging) dashboard and a live one, each with its own key.
- Add Quiqup in Trinavo: open Delivery Methods, create a method, choose Quiqup, paste your key, pick your service and pickup details, and press Test.
- Turn on live updates: in Quiqdash, open Integrations, then Webhooks, add the Webhook URL shown in Trinavo, and paste the signing secret back into Trinavo.
