How It Works

Export Your Prices

Start by exporting your current prices to an Excel file. You can:

• Export everything or filter by category
• Include variations for products with size, color, or other options
• Include customer tier pricing for loyalty program levels
• Track costs alongside prices for reference

The exported file contains all the reference information you need—product names, SKUs, categories—alongside the editable price fields.

Make Your Changes

Open the Excel file in any spreadsheet application. The familiar interface makes bulk changes easy:

• Use formulas to apply percentage increases across all products
• Copy prices from supplier lists
• Adjust prices based on cost changes
• Set promotional prices for specific categories

Only the price columns are editable—ID columns ensure your changes match the correct products when imported.

Preview Before Applying

Upload your modified file and see exactly what will change before committing. The preview shows:

• Current prices vs new prices side by side
• Percentage changes for each update

• Summary counts of affected items

Nothing changes until you explicitly approve the updates.
