What Is XPay?
XPay is an Egyptian payment platform built for online businesses that sell to customers in Egypt. It brings the three things Egyptian shoppers actually reach for into a single checkout: international cards, the Fawry cash network, and Valu instalments. Instead of signing up with separate providers and stitching them together, you connect XPay once and offer all of them side by side.
XPay handles the whole payment journey, from taking the payment to managing the customer record, issuing refunds, and paying you out. Its checkout is modern, fast, and available in both Arabic and English, so it feels native to whoever is buying from you.

Supported Regions and Currencies

Which payment methods appear at checkout depends on what is enabled on your XPay account, so you can start with cards and add Fawry and Valu as your business grows.
Integration with Trinavo
Trinavo provides a native integration with XPay. Your store is ready for it out of the box: there is nothing to install, no developer to hire, and no custom work to commission. XPay is already part of the platform and simply waits for you to switch it on.
To connect it, open your payment settings, choose XPay, and enter the keys from your XPay account. You can keep separate test and live credentials and move between them with a single toggle, so you can try the whole flow end to end before your first real customer sees it.
Once configured, the integration takes care of everything behind the scenes. Your customer is sent to XPay's secure page, pays however they prefer, and comes back to your store. The order is confirmed automatically, and every payment appears in your Trinavo dashboard alongside your other connected gateways. If you need to refund an order later, you can do it from Trinavo without logging into a separate system.
You can also choose which payment methods to offer. If you are only onboarded for cards today, that is all your customers will see; enable Fawry or Valu with XPay later and they appear at checkout without any further work on your side.
Security and Compliance
XPay's hosted checkout keeps card details away from your store entirely, which removes a large part of the compliance burden that would otherwise sit with you. Payments are protected by 3D Secure authentication and encryption throughout.
Every payment result is confirmed through a signed, verified message sent directly from XPay to your store, so an order is only marked as paid once the payment has genuinely been confirmed. That holds true even if a customer closes their browser halfway through, and it means a payment page cannot be manipulated into marking an order paid when it was not.
Getting Started
Create an XPay account, then open payment settings in your Trinavo store and select XPay. Enter your keys, copy the notification address shown in the settings into your XPay dashboard so payment confirmations reach your store, and you are ready to take payments.
