Steps in this tutorial

1. In this tutorial we will set up a delivery cost and see it appear on the customer cart.
2. From the sidebar, open the Modules panel to access all administrative sections.
3. Choose the Delivery and Payments group.
4. Click Delivery Methods to manage the shipping options offered to customers.
5. Click the New button to add a new delivery method.
6. Select Static Rates so we can set prices ourselves by country and city.
7. Give the method a clear name that customers will see at checkout.
8. Save the new delivery method.
9. Switch to the Delivery Prices tab to define the cost.
10. Click Add Delivery Target to set the general price for a country.
11. Pick the country only - leaving state and city empty applies this price everywhere in the country.
12. Enter the general delivery cost - twenty in this example.
13. Confirm to save this delivery price.
14. Now let us go to the storefront and see this cost in action.
15. Open any product page.
16. Add the product to the cart.
17. Continue to checkout to enter a delivery address.
18. Pick the customer address in Saudi Arabia. The delivery line in the order summary shows twenty - our general country price.
19. Now back to admin to narrow the price for a specific city.
20. Add a second delivery price - this time for a specific city.
21. Set the city price to fifty - this overrides the general country price for that city only.
22. Back on the customer cart with the same city, the delivery line is now fifty - the city-specific price replaces the general one.
