Steps in this tutorial

1. Welcome to this tutorial on setting up customer loyalty tiers in your Trinavo Shop admin panel.
2. This is the Loyalty Program settings page where you turn the program on and manage customer levels.
3. Click the Enable Loyalty Program toggle to turn the program on for all customers.
4. Once enabled, the Points Configuration and Loyalty Levels sections appear.
5. Click Save to keep the loyalty program enabled.
6. This is the User Levels list. No levels exist yet, so let us create one.
7. Click the New User Level button to add a customer tier.
8. Enter a clear name for the level - for example, Silver.
9. Add a short description to remind your team what this tier is for.
10. Switch to the Requirements & Benefits tab to set the tier conditions.
11. Set the minimum monthly purchases customers need to reach this level.
12. Set the discount percentage members of this level will receive on every order.
13. Choose a points multiplier - members of this level earn extra loyalty points per purchase.
14. Click Create to save the new loyalty level.
15. The new level now appears in the User Levels list, ready to be assigned to customers.
16. You have learned how to enable the loyalty program and create customer tiers with their own thresholds and rewards.
