Label Designs

Watch this tutorial to learn how to: Label Designs.

Steps in this tutorial

  1. In this tutorial you will choose exactly what your shipping labels show, then print an order with your own design.
  2. Open Modules from the side menu.
  3. Then Delivery and Payments.
  4. And open Label Designs.
  5. Three designs are always ready when you print: Standard, Full waybill and Minimal. Here you add your own.
  6. Press the add button to make a new design.
  7. Give it a name you will recognise when printing.
  8. Start from one of the ready designs. Here we pick Minimal: only what gets the parcel to the door.
  9. Each row is one field on the sticker, from top to bottom. Next to it, how wide it is: one column, two columns, or the full row. The arrows move a field up or down.
  10. The preview shows the sticker as it will print, with your latest order.
  11. Add the order number, so your team can match the bag to the order.
  12. Choose Order Number. It takes one column.
  13. Make the city two columns wide, leaving room for the order number beside it.
  14. Then move the order number up, right under the city, with its up arrow. Now the two share one line.
  15. The preview follows every change. No phone, no products, no weight: exactly what you chose.
  16. Save the design.
  17. Your design is ready, next to the three built-in ones.
  18. Now print with it. Open Orders.
  19. This order is already booked with Yurtiçi Kargo. Open its actions menu.
  20. Choose Print Shipping Label.
  21. The carrier waybill is chosen for you. Yurtiçi has no sticker of its own, so we draw it for you, in Turkish for their courier, and in any design you like.
  22. Under Design, pick the one you just made.
  23. Then the paper: a thermal label, 100 by 150 millimetres.
  24. Press Print.
  25. Here is the sticker: the barcode, the customer name, the address, and the city with the order number beside it. Nothing you did not ask for.
  26. That is it. Every label you print can now show exactly what you need.
