Watch this tutorial to learn how to: Sell At The Counter.
Steps in this tutorial
- This is the screen your staff use at the counter. Let us sell something on it.
- Start by finding the product. Type any part of its name.
- Tap the product to put it on the ticket.
- It is on the ticket, with its price and the running total underneath.
- You can also browse instead of searching. Each category has its own colour, so your staff learn where things are.
- Tap a second product to add it to the same ticket.
- The customer wants two, so press plus once.
- The total stays pinned at the bottom, because that is the number you read out to the customer.
- When the basket is complete, press Charge. The amount is on the button itself.
- This is where you take the money. The amount due is at the top.
- Choose how the customer is paying: cash or card.
- Type what the customer handed you on the keypad.
- Press Charge to finish the sale.
- Done. The receipt prints by itself, and the change you owe is the biggest thing on the screen.
- Press New sale and the register is ready for the next customer.
- The clock button shows the sales made today.
- Tap any one of them to print its receipt again, if the customer asks for it.
- Every counter sale is an ordinary order, so you will find it with the rest of your orders.
- There it is: already delivered, already paid, and it has taken the stock off your shelves.
- That is a full sale, from finding the product to printing the receipt.
