Order Fulfillment

Steps in this tutorial

1. Welcome to this tutorial on order fulfillment in your Trinavo Shop admin panel.
2. From the sidebar menu, click on Orders to open the orders list.
3. Here is the orders list. We will open an order to mark its items as fulfilled.
4. Click the view button to open the order details.
5. The order details panel opens with the Order Items tab. Notice the fulfillment progress shown at the top.
6. Each order item has a check circle button. Click it to mark the item as fulfilled.
7. The first item is now marked as fulfilled. The green check circle confirms the status.
8. Let us mark another item as fulfilled by clicking its check circle button.
9. Now the order is partially fulfilled. Notice the fulfillment progress has been updated.
10. You can also swipe items to the right to quickly mark them as fulfilled. This is especially useful on touch devices.
11. Let us close this panel and go back to the orders list to see the fulfillment state.
12. Click the column toggle button to show the fulfillment columns which are hidden by default.
13. Enable the Fulfillment State column to see the fulfillment badge for each order.
14. Now you can see the fulfillment state for each order directly in the list.
15. You can also filter orders by fulfillment state. Click the filter button to open the filters panel.
16. Select the Fulfillment State filter and choose Partially Fulfilled to find orders that need attention.
17. The list now shows only orders with partially fulfilled items.
18. That is how you manage order fulfillment. You can mark items individually using the check button or swipe gesture, and track progress from the orders list.
