Wallet Withdrawal

Steps in this tutorial

  1. In this tutorial, we will walk through how a customer submits a withdrawal request and how an admin approves it.
  2. Click the Modules button to browse available sections.
  3. Click Wallet Management to expand the wallet section.
  4. Click Offline Payment Methods to view the available withdrawal methods.
  5. Here are the configured payment methods. Customers will see these options when submitting a withdrawal request.
  6. Before a customer can withdraw, they need funds in their wallet. Let us add funds from the admin panel.
  7. This is the User Wallets page. We can see all wallets and manage their balances.
  8. Click Add Funds to add money to the user wallet.
  9. Enter the amount and a description for the funds.
  10. Click Submit to add the funds to the wallet.
  11. The funds have been added successfully. The wallet now has a balance for the customer to withdraw from.
  12. Now let us switch to the storefront to submit a withdrawal request as a customer.
  13. Hover over the user icon and click Wallet to access your wallet.
  14. The wallet page shows the current balance. We have funds available for withdrawal.
  15. Click Withdrawal Requests to view your withdrawal history and submit new requests.
  16. This is the withdrawal requests page. No requests have been submitted yet.
  17. Click New Withdrawal to create a new withdrawal request.
  18. This is the withdrawal form. Select a payment method, enter the amount, and submit your request.
  19. Select a payment method for receiving your withdrawal. We will choose Bank Transfer.
  20. Enter the withdrawal amount. Notice the maximum available balance shown above.
  21. The transaction summary shows the withdrawal amount, any processing fees, and the net amount you will receive.
  22. Optionally, add your account details or any notes for the admin.
  23. Click Submit Withdrawal Request to send your request for admin review.
  24. The withdrawal request has been submitted. The amount has been deducted from your wallet and is pending admin approval.
  25. Now let us switch to the admin panel to review the withdrawal request.
  26. This is the Withdrawal Requests page. You can see the pending request from the customer.
  27. Here is the withdrawal request. Notice the Pending status badge.
  28. Click the Approve button to approve this withdrawal request.
  29. A confirmation dialog appears. The funds have already been deducted from the wallet. Click Approve to confirm.
  30. The withdrawal request has been approved.
  31. Let us go back to the customer wallet to verify.
  32. The wallet balance reflects the withdrawal deduction.
  33. Let us check the withdrawal history to confirm the status.
  34. The withdrawal request now shows an Approved status. The full lifecycle is complete.
