Product Variations

Steps in this tutorial

1. Welcome to this tutorial on creating product variations in your Trinavo Shop admin panel.
2. From the sidebar menu, click on Products.
3. Click the New Product button to create a new product.
4. We are now on the create product form. Let us create a t-shirt that comes in multiple colors and sizes.
5. Enter the product name.
6. Select a category for the product.
7. Enter the base price for the product.
8. Upload the main product image.
9. Save the product by clicking Create.
10. The product has been created. Now let us set up its variations.
11. Click the Variations button in the header to manage product variations.
12. This is the variations management page. Here we select which attributes this product has.
13. Check the Color attribute to enable color variations for this product.
14. Also check the Size attribute to offer different sizes.
15. Click the edit button next to Color to choose which colors to offer.
16. Select the colors you want: Red, Blue, and Black.
17. Click OK to confirm the color selection.
18. Now click the edit button next to Size to choose the available sizes.
19. Select Small, Medium, and Large.
20. Click OK to confirm the size selection.
21. The system has automatically generated 9 variation combinations from 3 colors and 3 sizes.
22. Scroll down to the product images section to upload images for each color.
23. Upload images for the Red color variant.
24. Upload images for the Blue color variant.
25. Upload images for the Black color variant.
26. Click Save All Variations to save all the variation data and images.
27. All variations have been saved successfully with their images.
28. Here is the product on the storefront with color and size selectors.
29. Click the Blue color to see the image gallery switch to blue variant images.
30. The image gallery has switched to show the Blue variant images.
31. Now click the Black color to switch the gallery again.
32. The gallery now shows the Black variant images. Each color has its own set of images.
33. Now let us explore quick editing tools. Go back to the products list.
34. From the products list, you can quickly manage variations, quantities, and images using the action buttons.
35. Click the variations button to open the quick variation editor.
36. This side panel lets you quickly view and edit all variations without leaving the products list.
37. Close the panel and click the images button to manage variation images.
38. This dialog lets you manage images for each color variant directly from the products list.
39. Close the dialog and click the quantity button to quickly adjust stock levels.
40. This dialog shows all variation quantities at a glance, making it easy to update stock levels.
41. That is how you create and manage product variations in Trinavo Shop. You can set up colors, sizes, and assign different images to each variant.
