What It Does

Add a Tidio live chat and AI chatbot widget to your store. Tidio lets you chat with visitors in real time, automate responses with AI-powered chatbots, and manage all conversations from one dashboard.

Enable this plugin if you want to:

How It Works

A Tidio chat widget appears on your store pages. Visitors can click it to start a conversation with you or an AI chatbot. You manage all conversations from the Tidio dashboard or mobile app.


Setup Instructions

Step 1: Create a Tidio Account

  1. Go to tidio.com and sign up
  2. Follow the setup wizard to configure your chat widget
  3. Customize the widget appearance to match your store

Step 2: Get Your Widget Script

  1. In your Tidio dashboard, go to Settings > Installation
  2. Copy the JavaScript widget code — it looks like this:

Step 3: Add It to Your Store

  1. In your store admin, go to System Settings > Plugins
  2. Find the Tidio card
  3. Click Configure
  4. Enable the plugin using the toggle switch
  5. Paste the script into the Tidio Script field
  6. Click Save

Troubleshooting

Widget not appearing? - Make sure the plugin is enabled - Verify the script is pasted correctly (complete <script> tag) - Clear your browser cache

Chat messages not received? - Check your Tidio dashboard notification settings - Make sure you're logged into your Tidio account - Verify your Tidio plan is active
